All prices include VAT at 20% and hot water to showers, wash basins, laundry sinks and washing-up areas. Please note: A 60% deposit is taken at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, this deposit will only be refunded if we are notified at least 14 days in advance of your stay. Balance Payment to be paid on day of arrival. Bookings are not held past due day of arrival unless prior notice is given by telephone. Check-In 12 noon onwards (Lotus Belle Tent Check-In 2pm onwards). Latest arrival 8.15pm - please telephone us if you intend to arrive after 8:15pm Check-Out before 12 noon. WE REGRET NO REFUNDS GIVEN IF PITCH VACATED EARLY. No commercial vehicles allowed on the park. Only one car to be parked at each pitch. Please note: Visitors are NOT PERMITTED onto the campsite. Making a Booking: 1 Pitch per booking, please state in NOTE BOX on Booking Form “Caravan / Camper or Tent“ (this helps us when allocating pitches) AND we require your Vehicle Registration Number for access
Group Bookings: If you are a group and would like to be next to each other please add information to notes box on booking form.
Family Discount Rate (minimum 2 adults 2 children): To receive our Family Rate for more than 2 children, please enter 2 adults and 2 children, then select extra child £6.00 option when completing booking form.

‘As this is a family site, NO LOUD music is to be played and any music should be turned off after 10.30 pm and noise kept to a minimum, this especially applies to large groups. This is for the benefit of ALL campers.

‘Please be aware that for Bank Holiday Weekends there is a MINIMUM stay requirement of 3 nights for Electric Hook up pitches (Riverbank Elec)’
