Andy and Kay would like to welcome you to our website

Aberbran Fawr Campsite is situated 3 miles west of the Historic Cathedral Town of Brecon, just off the A40
adjacent to the River Usk. It is a level site with easy access and a quiet family atmosphere.
There are 12 electric hook-up pitches and ample room for tents. There is also basic shower and toilet
facilities.

Washing-up facilities for campers, notice board and information leaflets.

There is now a children's play area, suitable for 3-12 year olds (with supervision). We are also hoping to add more electric hook-ups shortly.

Andy can supply a large sack of logs and kindling for that Camp fire at a nominal price.  Logs £3, Kindling £1.

Please note:- Any campfire must be in a bin supplied by Andy or a propriety fire pit.

A limited number of sacks are kept down on the field

Following the events in 2010 we have decided to make these evenings a feature During the coming season (2012) we will be holding Hog roasts and Barbecue evenings please check here for more information.

Please note:- Dogs must be kept on a lead

For those internet buffs the site gets a very good signal from the following providers:-

"T Mobile"

"3 Mobile"

"Orange"

 we do not provide a wifi a connection these have been used by the webmaster who regularly updates from the site.


Being based within the Brecon Beacons National park the campsite is ideally situated for going on scenic
walks and is within driving distance of local supermarkets, play barns for children and the popular
Dan yr Ogof caves.
From mid-June to August we are open for Pick Your Own Fruit and Vegetables including Strawberries,
Raspberries, Redcurrants, Blackcurrants, Gooseberries, Broad Beans and Peas. Courgettes and Potatoes
are also available along with Free-Range Eggs and Homemade Jam.

We have a group on facebook all the latest news and gossip, if you would like to be included then email us for a invite.
